How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.

Wholesale orders may be subject to shipping fees.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

When will my item ship?

Most orders placed by 2 pm CST M-F will ship same day via USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Wholesale order may not ship the same day due to product availability and order volume.

Tracking details will be provided as soon as a label is created. An email notification will be sent when this is available OR you can always find tracking information by logging into your account on peeqpro.com.

How long will it take my package to be delivered?

Most packages will ship via ground methods by USPS, UPS or FedEx carriers. Ground packages may take 2-4 business days to be delivered depending on the delivery address.

Wholesale packages may take longer depending on product availability and order volume.

What is a subscription program?

Peeq Pro’s subscription program makes it easy for patients to stay compliant with their doctor-recommended eye protocol.

Simply subscribe to each product before adding to the cart. Most subscription products offer a 10% discount.

How can I return an item from my order?

We will accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30-days of purchase for store credit.
